One process. Eight clear steps.
Every residential Christmas lighting project follows the same basic sequence. The amount of detail changes with your property, but the goal stays the same: understand the home first, then build the project around it.

Request your quote
Send photos and your address, or request a site visit if your property has unusual access or extensive trees.

Define the display scope.
We determine which rooflines, peaks, trees, shrubs, columns, wreaths, and garland are part of your project.

Receive your quote.
Your custom quote is provided within 24 hours once sufficient property information is available.

Reserve your date.
A 50% deposit reserves the installation date and authorizes procurement and preparation.

Procurement & preparation.
We procure and prepare the custom lighting materials according to the confirmed project scope.

Installation.
Your custom display is installed according to the confirmed design.

In-season support.
Support is included during your display season for issues that come up.

January removal.
After the holidays, removal is coordinated during January and your lighting materials are stored.
STEP 1 · REQUEST YOUR QUOTE
Start with the property, not a package.
For most homes, photos and an address give us what we need to quote remotely. Properties with more complex rooflines, extensive tree canopy, or unusual access may need a site visit before we can quote accurately.

STEP 2 · DEFINE SCOPE + QUOTE
The design scope comes before the number.
For most homes, photos and an address give us what we need to quote remotely. Properties with more complex rooflines, extensive tree canopy, or unusual access may need a site visit before we can quote accurately.

STEP 3–4 · RESERVE + PREPARE
Your date is reserved before procurement begins.
A 50% deposit reserves your installation date and authorizes us to begin procurement and preparation. The remaining 50% is due when installation is complete.
