DFW OUTDOOR LIGHTING CO. · COMMERCIAL + HOA

Holiday lighting built for properties, not packages.

Custom-scoped Christmas lighting for HOA communities, property managers, and commercial properties — professionally planned, installed, and coordinated around the requirements of your site.

One entrance isn't the same as an entire community.

Commercial and HOA projects vary widely in size, access, public visibility, common-area scope, and design requirements. That’s why every project starts with a conversation about the property instead of a package menu.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING · 2026

Scope the project around the property and its requirements.

We design and install custom Christmas lighting for HOA common areas, community entrances, property-managed spaces, business locations, and commercial properties.

Pricing, timeline, and service details are established through the custom quote because a single commercial entrance and a broader HOA common-area project are fundamentally different scopes.

Three common project contexts. One custom approach.

The exact scope changes by property, but the planning starts with understanding who manages the space and what needs to be lit.

01

HOA Communities

Common areas, entrances, shared architectural features, landscaping, and other public-facing spaces that help define the community during the holiday season.

02

Property Managers

Seasonal lighting for managed properties where scope, access, scheduling, and site requirements need to be coordinated clearly.

03

Commercial Properties

Business locations and public-facing properties where the holiday display is part of the property's overall presentation.

THE FACTORS

A display built from the features your property actually has.

1. Roofline length

More linear footage means more lighting material and more install time to run it cleanly.

2. Peaks & gables

Taller homes require more equipment and labor time to reach and install lighting at height

3.Gutter & fascia lighting

Multiple peaks, gables, and angle changes add planning and installation time.

4. Entrances & columns

Accent features add material and labor beyond the roofline. Tree wrapping is available for small and medium, easily accessible trees; larger work is evaluated individually.

5. Shrubs, landscaping & walkways

These decorative elements are additional scope beyond roofline string lighting.

6. Wreaths, garland & other accents

A simple roofline outline is different from a layered design combining roofline, peaks, entry features, shrubs, trees, and garland.

7. Large trees & complex access

Your project can include design, installation, in-season service, takedown, and storage. See our installation process.

A clear process for every Frisco property.

Request, quote, reserve, install, support, remove. The exact scope changes by property, but the process stays consistent.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING · 2026

There is no standard package because there is no standard property.

Commercial and HOA Christmas lighting is fully custom-quoted. Scope can range from a single commercial entrance to a broader HOA common-area project.

  • Size and complexity of the areas to be lit
  • Access requirements and site conditions
  • Design direction and desired display
  • Project scheduling and logistics
  • Any applicable removal requirements

WHY WORK WITH A DEDICATED INSTALLER

Public-facing lighting deserves a coordinated project.

For commercial properties and HOA common areas, the display reflects on the property, management company, or community.

01 · COORDINATION

Design, installation, and seasonal planning stay connected.

A coordinated approach keeps the project from becoming a collection of separate decisions. Scope, installation, timing, and logistics are considered together.

02 · PROPERTY-SPECIFIC

Your property gets scoped as its own project.

There is no fixed package because the size, common-area layout, access, architecture, and public-facing requirements vary from one property to another.
